With a keen interest in energy-efficient building since 1989 when he taught building Studies in Victoria, Ray designed and built a passive solar home in Victoria, With decades of expertise, Ray has served as Chair of Australian Building Sustainability Assessors and actively contributes to the NatHERS Technical Advisory Group and other industry initiatives, shaping the future of energy efficiency assessments.

Roslyn Fogolyan:
Roslyn combines her engineering and building design studies with practical knowledge of construction methods to inform her assessments
First Accredited 2011, she has completed a wide range of assessments, from single dwellings to multi-unit developments. Roslyn has also recently completed a certificate in Section J Assessments to expand her expertise in sustainable building practices.
