ABOUT US

Home Star Rating Australia is a NT based company that provides residential Thermal Performance assessments and Scorecard Assessments. We have been operating as building consultants in the NT since 2004 .

Ray has had an interest in energy efficient housing since 1989 when he designed and built a passive solar designed house in Victoria incorporating many of the features recommended today including solar sensitive orientation, insulated ceiling, wall and floor space, wide eaves and zone separation.

All of our assessors are nationally accredited with the Association of Building Sustainability Assessors (ABSA) and have completed a Certificate IV qualification in Thermal Performance assessing.

Ray has been Chair of the industry Association and continues to represent the Association on the NatHERs Technical Advisory Group and participated in Key industry committees to review the National qualification and the development of Whole of Home and in Home Energy Efficiency assessments and Darwin Comfort Rating Project.

We provide NatHERs Thermal performance assessment and Scorecard or in Home Energy Efficiency Assessments and reports.

Roslyn Fogolyan Has studied Engineering and Building Design at Charles Darwin University and was first accredited as a thermal performance Assessor in 2014. Roslyn has done a range of Assessments including single dwelling and multi unit developments in the NT. Roslyn is familiar with NT construction methods and can provide Energy Efficiency and building sustainability advice .
